Whether you are a complete Beginner or have taken a few Yoga classes before, our expert and supportive teachers will compassionately guide you to get to grips with a well rounded view of Yoga and low-impact movement from Dynamic to Restorative movement and meditation. We cover the basics of Yoga Flow, Restorative, Yin and Meditation plus some simple Pilates and Barre sessions.

Expect to strengthen, lengthen and mobilise the full body, energising the body and mind, finding space to relax and restore and helping relieve aches, pains and stresses.

OUR METHOD

Work through informative and steady Beginner Yoga classes covering the basics, including yoga postures and techniques.

Build the strength and flexibility to progress your practice with less tricky transitions. Expect detailed instruction with lots of modifications offered, always working with the breath to calm the mind and connect into you.
